Romano's Hotel first opened its doors for business in 1865. In 145 years, we have provided Wagga Wagga and its surrounding districts with quality accommodation and fine dining.

Originally built to serve the riverboat merchants and farming communities, we now find that our patrons are that famous mix of young and old, men and women, just looking to have a good time in the best hotel. We cater to travelling sales reps looking to escape the sterility of life on the road in boring motels, and allow them to enjoy the hospitality of a country pub, where a cold beer and a good meal is just as important as a warm shower, and a comfortable bed.

We also cater to large groups looking for comfortable accommodation in the heart of the largest inland city in NSW. Wagga Wagga is the City of Good Sports, and Romano's loves to cater to any sporting side visiting our city.

Over the years, Romano's has been upgraded to provide clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation. This tradition has been maintained so that our guests can have a comfortable stay, and yet enjoy the ambience of an old-style country hotel.

Romano's has 46 rooms available, all ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. Our rooms range from single bed rooms with shared facilities, through to double bed rooms with full ensuite, TV and air conditioning. We also have a number of larger rooms that can sleep up to 6 people.
